For this reason, we proudly offer our ‘Build on Your Lot’ program for our buyers that wish to build on their own
land or who have already determined and purchased a lot in their ideal neighborhood. We can build any of our luxury featured floor plans on your lot anywhere in the Tampa Bay area or will specially design a custom home to fit your lot.

If you do not currently own a lot, finding the ideal home site can sometimes be a time consuming task. Taralon Homes is often approached by developers and private individuals with fantastic opportunities on lots before they are ever released on the Multiple Listing System (MLS). With that in mind, we welcome you to take advantage of our professional lot search service. If we do not readily know of the perfect lot for you, we can pair you with one of our experienced Realtor partners to assist you in finding the ideal lot to build your dream home.
